RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS
Home and condo inspections answer a broader ownership or purchase question. The confirmed fee reflects the building and the scope, while the report stays focused on visible and accessible conditions.

A complete visual and non-invasive inspection priced around the residence—not a one-size-fits-all number.
From $325
A condo-specific inspection of accessible unit systems, components, moisture clues, balconies, and responsibility boundaries.

$250
A focused insurance review of roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
LICENSED MOLD ASSESSMENT
Start with the concern and the decision you need to make. Each option below has a separate landing page explaining its ideal use, sampling expectations, process, deliverables, and limitations.
$495
A focused visual and non-invasive assessment for a localized mold or moisture concern.
$895
Building assessment plus purposeful indoor and outdoor air sampling and independent laboratory analysis.
$1,195
An expanded investigation for larger properties, multiple concern areas, or complicated water histories.
$395
Independent visual and moisture-condition review after the authorized remediation work is complete.
HOW THE FINAL FEE IS CONFIRMED
Two properties with the same square footage can require different access, systems, field time, sampling, documentation, and reporting.
Size, age, building type, additions, detached structures, and number of systems influence field time and reporting.
Condo units, homes, multifamily buildings, and commercial assets require different access, representative areas, and deliverables.
Full inspections, insurance forms, mold assessment, laboratory sampling, and professional-property work follow different procedures.
Multiple concern areas, additional authorized samples, unusual records, special access, travel, or expedited timing may change the fee.
COMMERCIAL • ASSOCIATIONS • MULTIFAMILY
Commercial inspections, association projects, apartment buildings, multi-unit mold assessments, and replacement cost evaluations are quoted around the building, access, stakeholders, and intended use.
PRICING QUESTIONS
Published figures are starting points or defined base-package prices. The final fee is confirmed after the property, size, age, access, location, scope, and requested services are reviewed.
Wind mitigation is $125 and a four-point inspection is $225 when bundled with a qualifying inspection. Eligibility and the complete scope are confirmed before scheduling.
A full home inspection varies materially by square footage, age, property type, additional buildings, complexity, access, and requested add-ons. A property-specific quote avoids pricing unlike properties as though they were the same.
The Assessment + Air and Premium packages include laboratory work within their defined sampling scope. The Basic Assessment and base Post-Remediation Clearance do not automatically include sampling. Additional authorized samples are $125 each.
Those assignments require a written proposal because building size, systems, representative areas, records, access, stakeholders, and the intended use of the report can vary substantially.
