This service is performed after the remediation contractor has completed the authorized work and the area is ready for evaluation. T.A.P. independently reviews visible conditions, moisture indicators, and the clearance criteria established for the project.

Remediated-Area Inspection
Visual evaluation of accessible treated areas after containment work and cleaning are represented as complete.

Visible Dust & Debris Review
Observation for remaining visible suspect growth, excessive dust, debris, or incomplete cleaning in accessible work areas.

Moisture-Condition Check
Relevant accessible materials and environmental conditions are evaluated for evidence of unresolved moisture.

Sampling When Required
Air or surface clearance samples may be collected when called for by the project criteria and specifically included in the authorized scope.

Written documentation explains the observed condition and whether additional correction or follow-up is recommended.

The work area should be clean, dry, accessible, and free of remediation activity before the visit. Running equipment, incomplete cleaning, active demolition, or unresolved moisture can prevent meaningful clearance evaluation.

When required by the project scope, agreed samples are collected after the visual review and submitted to an independent laboratory.

The report documents the condition at the time of assessment and identifies whether further correction or follow-up is recommended.
