Premium Mold Assessment

A broader investigation for complex mold and moisture concerns.

Designed for larger properties, multiple concern areas, complicated water histories, or situations where a basic localized assessment would be too narrow. This package expands the field investigation, documentation, and sampling strategy around the actual property.

WHAT THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES

More investigation where a simple package is not enough.

The premium scope is developed around the size, number of concern areas, water history, building configuration, and questions the client needs answered.

01

Expanded History Review

Review of multiple leaks, storms, remediation history, renovations, occupancy patterns, HVAC concerns, and available supporting information.

02

Multi-Area Visual Assessment

A broader visual and non-invasive evaluation of accessible concern areas and relevant surrounding spaces.

03

Extended Moisture Mapping

Additional non-destructive moisture readings help compare affected, adjacent, and reference areas where accessible.

04

Humidity & HVAC Context

Relative humidity, condensation indicators, accessible supply/return conditions, and environmental patterns are documented.

05

Broader Sampling Strategy

Air and/or targeted surface samples are selected to address multiple defined questions within the agreed scope.

06

Detailed Integrated Report

Observations, moisture information, laboratory results, limitations, priorities, and recommendations are presented together.

WHY THIS SERVICE IS DIFFERENT

Premium means broader scope—not a promise to sample everything.

A high-quality investigation still uses judgment. The purpose is to collect enough relevant evidence to address a complex concern while avoiding unnecessary samples that do not change the decision.

THE PROCESS

Built around a more complicated property story.

The scope is confirmed before fieldwork so the investigation matches the building and the questions at hand.

  1. 01
    Pre-assessment scope review

We review the property size, number of areas, known water history, prior work, and available records before confirming the scope.

  2. 02
    Expanded field assessment

Multiple accessible areas and related building conditions are visually evaluated with extended moisture and humidity observations.

  3. 03
    Collect the defined samples

Purposeful air and/or surface samples are collected from selected concern and comparison areas and sent for independent analysis.

  4. 04
    Integrate the evidence

The report connects observations, measurements, laboratory findings, and limitations rather than treating them as separate documents.

  5. 05
    Prioritize next steps

Recommendations distinguish immediate moisture control, qualified repair, remediation consultation, monitoring, and other follow-up.

PACKAGE QUESTIONS

Know exactly what you are scheduling.

How do I know whether I need the premium package?+

It is generally appropriate when there are multiple separated concern areas, a larger or more complex property, recurring water events, prior remediation, or several possible moisture sources. T.A.P. can discuss the property before confirming the package.

Does premium include every possible sample?+

No. It includes a broader, defined sampling plan appropriate to the agreed scope. Additional samples outside that scope require authorization and may be priced separately.

Is this appropriate for a commercial office or multiple units?+

It may be appropriate for a defined larger concern. Multi-unit, association, or commercial assignments can also require a custom proposal depending on access, size, occupancy, and reporting needs.

Will the report include remediation recommendations?+

The report provides assessment findings and recommended next steps. Remediation contractors develop pricing and execution details based on the authorized project and applicable requirements.
